Q. I don’t know my login password.
A. If you have forgotten your login password, please reset it. Please refer to the following steps for details.
- Access the FANSPIRAL login page
- Click on “Forgot your password” Enter the email address you registered with FANSPIRAL and click on “Reissue”
- Check the authentication email sent to the email address you just entered
- Click on the “Password Reset Authentication URL” listed in the email
- Enter the “Authentication Code” listed in the email on the linked page and click the “Authenticate” button
- Enter a new password and click the “Reset Password” button
Q. I can’t log in because it says “There is an error in your email address or password”.
A. Please check your registered email address and password again. Passwords are case sensitive, so please enter uppercase letters in uppercase. Also, please check if there are any unnecessary spaces.
Q. I can’t log in because it says “Please do not use symbols” or “Please insert ‘@’ in the email address”.
A. Are you entering in full-width characters? When entering login information, please use half-width characters. Also, please check if there are any unnecessary spaces in or around your email address.
Q. I can’t log in even though I’m not making a mistake in how to log in or in the content I’m entering.
A. If your software, including your browser, is not always up to date, you should upgrade it. If your operating environment is not the latest version, you may not be able to log in.
