The owner and administrator of the https://fanspiral.com/ web-page (hereinafter “the Web page”) is FANSPIRAL B.V. (hereinafter “FANSPIRAL”)

This Cookie Policy is part of the FANSPIRAL Terms and Conditions, along with the FANSPIRAL Privacy Policy and the information and guidelines posted on the FANSPIRAL website (hereinafter collectively, the “Terms”). It is not possible to use the FANSPIRAL Web page without accepting the Terms.

Cookies

1. To make the Website work properly, FANSPIRAL sometimes places small data files – called cookies – on the User’s device. Most large websites do this as well.

2. The legal basis for the use of cookies is FANSPIRAL legitimate interest in ensuring the technical functionality of the website. FANSPIRAL may use analytical cookies in the Web page and on the Website, so the User will be asked for consent.

3. A cookie is a small text file that the Web page o saves on the User’s computer or mobile device when the User visits or uses the Web page. This allows the Website to memorize User actions and preferences (such as username, language, font size, and other display preferences) over a period. This way, the User does not have to re-enter them each time he comes back to the Website or browse from one page to another.

4. FANSPIRAL may use cookies and tools similar with cookies, to provide and improve the quality of the Service and to improve the User experience. Cookies may also be used by third parties whose services are used by FANSPIRAL.

5. The FANSPIRAL Webpage uses cookies only to analyze web traffic and does not use cookies to personalize the content and ads on the Webpage or to provide social media features.

6. FANSPIRAL does not transmit information about the User’s use of the Website to social media, advertising and analytics partners.

7. The user may delete or block the cookies, but in that case not all the functions of the website may function as intended. Cookies help to provide FANSPIRAL Services.

Google Analytics

9. FANSPIRAL may use Google Analytics, a web analytics service offered by Google, Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; Google). Google Analytics uses cookies, files that are saved in the User’s computer, to analyze how the User uses the Service.

10. The user information generated by cookies, during the use of the Service, is usually transmitted to the Google server in the United States and saved there. As FANSPIRAL has activated the IP anonymization, Google shortens the User’s IP address (if the User is from European Union or from other EEA Member States).

11. At FANSPIRAL’ request, Google will use the information to analyze User activity and to report on the Service Website usage.

12. The User can set the browser to block all cookies. In this case the User may not fully use all functions of the User’s homepage.

13. The User may at any time disallow the collection of their data by Google Analytics. To do this, the User must download and install the appropriate browser add-on from the following website: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

14. Google Analytics maintains cookies, User identifiers (e.g. User ID), and Ads identifiers (e.g. DoubleClick cookies, Android ad identifier, Apple ad identifier) for 26 months.

FC2 server service

15. The Web page of FANSPIRAL and its contents is hosted on FC2’s server (more information: https://fc2.com/en/privacy.html), which is a highly secure environment for storing data and documents of the Webpage and Web page. The following measures shall be taken to ensure the highest level of security:

  • The information submitted through the FANSPIRAL Web page is encrypted;
  • Users passwords are stored only in a hashed form;
  • The server is constantly maintained, Web page and hardware are monitored by monitoring software for any issues;
  • FC2.com security measures are provided here: https://fc2.com/en/privacy.html.

Consent

16. FANSPIRAL requires the Consent of the Users to use analytical cookies. No further consent is required for the use of the remaining cookies (technical cookies), but the User agrees to the installation of the technical cookies by agreeing to these Terms, which FANSPIRAL requires from Users on its Website. It is not possible to use the Web page without agreeing to the Terms.

How to Control Cookies

17. The User may control and / or delete cookies as desired (see www.youronlinechoices.com/). The User may delete all cookies already on the User’s computer and may reject the cookies at any time by changing its browser settings (if permitted by the browser) or terminating the use of the FANSPIRAL Website. The User must be aware that certain features can only be provided, when using cookies and if the User chooses to block the use of cookies, these features may not be available to the User.

FANSPIRAL allows Users to manage all cookies used by the User, subject to the User’s consent, individually through the Website Settings, where the User may at any time enable or disable the cookies used. The above adjustment does not apply to essential or other cookies that do not require the User’s consent.
